Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-Legal & Compliance located in Gurugram. The Manager-Legal & Compliance will be responsible for managing legal affairs, Litigations, IP,ensuring legal compliance, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consultations. The role includes staying updated with the latest laws affecting the business, ensuring all operations are legally compliant, and overseeing potential legal issues.

Qualifications

• Min 5 Years of Experience
• Experience in Law ,Litigations and Legal Affairs
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
• Proficiency in Legal Compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
