Own SMB outbound strategy: Design and execute scalable outbound programs targeting transporters, fleet owners, and logistics SMBs.
Scale demand generation: Build repeatable systems that drive a predictable top-of-funnel pipeline through automation and experimentation.
Team leadership: Manage and coach a team of 57 SDRs to consistently achieve MQL and SQL targets.
Automation & tooling: Implement and optimize workflows across CRM, WhatsApp, and automation tools (LeadSquared, Apollo, WhatsApp Business API, etc.).
AI-driven outreach: Use AI-based tools for prospect research, personalization, and campaign optimization.
WhatsApp-first campaigns: Create and scale conversational outreach campaigns combining WhatsApp, email, and voice touchpoints.
Data & performance tracking: Monitor funnel performance, run experiments, and improve conversion rates and ROI.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in demand generation or outbound sales, with at least 2-3 years in SMB SaaS.
Proven experience in scaling lead generation engines from setting up systems to optimizing for efficiency and conversion.
Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools like LeadSquared, Apollo, or WhatsApp API-based platforms.
Strong understanding of high-volume SMB outbound funnels, conversion metrics, and growth levers.
Analytical, experiment-driven, and comfortable with fast iteration.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
