Job Description

Lead the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design of landscape architecture for Hotel and mixed-use developments.
Develop and present landscape design proposals that enhance project value, aesthetics, and environmental sustainability.
Coordinate with urban planners, architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
Ensure all landscape designs comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and sustainable best practices.
Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations; manage project deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovative landscape solutions, and sustainable design practices.
Contribute to the company's brand image by delivering high-quality landscapes that enhance community living and Hotel spaces
