Job Description: As a part of KPMG in India, you will be contributing to a professional services firm that has been affiliated with KPMG International Limited since its establishment in India in August 1993. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Talent Acquisition engagements, Learning & Development (L&D), and other related professional services. You will be accountable for drafting agreements, contracts, and purchase orders for vendor engagements, as well as identifying strategic sourcing opportunities, developing category sourcing plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic sourcing objectives across all HR categories. Monitoring vendor performance, gathering feedback, and maintaining effective communication with the business will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will establish and manage analysis and tracking reports, oversee contract compliance, and track the usage of specific Learning and Development services. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate / Postgraduate / Masters degree in HR and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Procurement of HR Services, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
