As a Manager- Key Accounts at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships and selling our iconic brands in various markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing Key Accounts strategy for USL - Ensuring the delivery of Key Account Sales Target - Supporting Regional Key Accounts in terms of trade recommendations and contract management - Collaborating with internal teams to execute sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies - Monitoring competitor activities and implementing industry best practices in Key Accounts - Managing vendor relationships and evaluating vendors - Facilitating seamless execution by managing inter-functional relationships To qualify for this role, we are looking for individuals who possess: - MBA with Marketing Specialization from tier I / II institute - 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing / Key Accounts - Proficiency in Negotiating & Influencing, Planning and Organizing, Business Analysis, Presentation Skills, and Customer, Consumer and Category Insight Our company is committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and can belong.
