Role title: Manager – IT Procurement

Location - Sarjapur, Bangalore

Supporting business in negotiating best value for the organization with the vendors / OEMs, work extensively with Vendors / OEMs & act as a Procurement Business Partner to the internal Business teams, If you are a go getter, a good negotiator and believe that you can make a difference through this role, please join Wipro’s Global Procurement team 

͏Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage end to end commercial and procurement aspects within all categories like Hardware, Software, Services, Cloud and SAAS.
• Independently execute RFP / RFQ processes for required services including Contract negotiation, Vendor Selection, Contract Awarding. 
• Conduct periodic market research, including monitoring of market trends 
• Be a key member in our growing Global IT Procurement team. 
• Spend management and sourcing in areas such as – IT Hardware, Software, Telcom, Cloud, OEM specific services procurement. 
• Understanding the purchasing process and strategies for IT procurement. 
• Understanding and experience in cross country procurement would be and added advantage. 
• Knowledge on taxations and statutory compliance. 
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, MIS preparation, Budgetary Controls & reporting. 
• Managed a team of 7-10 members.

Major KPIs:

1. Strong negotiation skills with proven track record 
2. Procurement & Sourcing technology exposure
3. Contract Management
4. Supplier Management 
5. Stakeholder Management.

Area of influence:

1. Good Knowledge of Software, Cloud, Telecom and IT Hardware procurement 
2. Good Knowledge on IT Hardware, Telecom and Software contracts
3. Candidate should maintain good Customer Satisfaction and Vendor Satisfaction .
