Manager - IT Operations

Location: Oakridge International School, Bachupally
Reporting to: Principal

Role Overview:
The Manager IT Operations will manage the school s technology infrastructure and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems to support both academics and administration. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to deliver technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems to ensure continuous availability.



• 
  

  Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for staff, faculty, and students.



• 
  

  Implement data security measures, backup systems, and ensure policy compliance.



• 
  

  Support classroom technology, ERP systems, online learning platforms, and digital assessments.



• 
  

  Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement while adhering to budget.



• 
  

  Lead and guide the IT support team to deliver efficient services.



• 
  

  Recommend technology upgrades and contribute to the school s IT strategy.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (Master s preferred).



• 
  

  8 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial position.



• 
  

  Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud platforms, ERP, and cybersecurity.



• 
  

  Experience in educational institutions preferred.
