Roles & Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA Implementation (IT Department – Factory)

1. Act as the

   IT SPOC for SAP S/4HANA implementation

   and coordinate with SAP consultants, vendors, and internal factory departments.
2. Prepare, configure, and maintain

   SAP S/4HANA system infrastructure

   including servers, storage, network, and security.
3. Support implementation and rollout of

   SAP S/4HANA modules

   (MM, PP, SD, FICO, PM, QM, HR) as per factory requirements.
4. Manage

   SAP S/4HANA system installation, upgrades, patching, backups, and performance monitoring

   .
5. Ensure

   stable network connectivity, VPN, firewall, and bandwidth

   for SAP S/4HANA users across plant and office locations.
6. Handle

   SAP S/4HANA user management

   , including user creation, role assignment, authorization, and access control.
7. Coordinate

   data migration to SAP S/4HANA

   , including master data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
8. Provide

   SAP S/4HANA go-live and post-go-live IT support

   , troubleshooting system issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
9. Manage

   integration of SAP S/4HANA with third-party systems

   such as payroll, barcode, production systems, and other factory applications.
10. Ensure

    SAP S/4HANA system security

    , antivirus updates, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
11. Maintain

    SAP S/4HANA documentation

    , SOPs, system architecture, and audit compliance records.
12. Support

    end-user coordination and basic SAP S/4HANA IT training

    during implementation and stabilization.
