Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring effective communication channels. - Develop comprehensive communication strategies to keep investors abreast of the company's performance, financial outcomes, and strategic endeavors. - Organize and lead investor meetings, presentations, and conference calls to engage with stakeholders effectively. Qualifications: - Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degrees such as MBA or CFA are preferred. - Demonstrated experience in investor relations and finance. - Proficiency in financial analysis, fintech/nbfc markets, and regulatory compliance. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Relationship Management: - Foster and sustain positive relationships with current and prospective investors. - Address investor queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Proactively engage with investors to understand their expectations and priorities. Financial Reporting: - Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to investors. - Assist in preparing financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant documentation. Regulatory Compliance: - Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure investor relations activities comply with applicable laws. - Support in the preparation of regulatory filings pertaining to investor relations. Market Intelligence: - Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics influencing company performance and investor sentiment. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence. Shareholder Services: - Coordinate shareholder meetings, proxy statements, and related activities. - Work alongside the legal team to uphold corporate governance standards and compliance. Investor Engagement: - Plan and execute investor events, roadshows, and conferences to enhance the company's visibility among the investment community.
