Manager Investment Banking

Maple Capital Advisors is looking for an experienced and high-performing Manager-Investment Banking to join the team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should excel in an entrepreneurial and high-impact environment, with prior frontline experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions. Maple Capital Advisors is a leading boutique investment banking and advisory firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Leveraged Capital, and wealth management. Operating in both domestic and cross-border deal-making, the firm has deep expertise in India and a strong international network through Pandion Partners. Known for its high-conviction and high-touch approach, Maple Capital Advisors has a successful track record in mid-market transactions and end-to-end deal execution. As Manager-Investment Banking, you will be responsible for end-to-end deal execution in M&A and Private Equity transactions. This includes driving deal origination, sector coverage, and client engagement, creating detailed financial models, presentations, and investor materials, leading industry and company research, and collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. This role is hands-on and on the leadership track, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience at an investment bank in India, with a proven track record in M&A and/or Private Equity deal execution. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent presentation and client communication abilities. Demonstrated sector knowledge in Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services is preferred. A high-energy and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, are key attributes we are looking for. Qualifications for this role include an MBA / MS Finance / CA / CFA from a premier Indian or global institute, with a strong academic performance and leadership track record. Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Office, strong presentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Ideally, the candidate should be based in New Delhi/NCR.,
