Key Responsibilities: - Promote the company's brand and product solutions to the targeted audience - Implement sales promotional activities for brand building and market development - Conduct detailed market studies to analyze trends and provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies - Identify and appoint distributors, and provide them with necessary training - Explore and develop new markets while improving sales efforts - Identify and contact potential clients, arrange meetings, and develop new business opportunities - Keep track of upcoming commercial projects, meet stakeholders, and generate leads - Understand customers" needs and offer appropriate solutions Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering - Additional Post Graduation degree in Marketing & Sales, Business Management, or Business Administration preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development for the South East Asia Market - Preference for candidates with a technical and manufacturing background It's much more than work here at Unitile!
