Key Responsibilities: - Promoting the company's brand and product solutions to the targeted audience. - Implementing sales promotional activities for brand building and market development. - Conducting detailed market studies to analyze the latest trends and provide valuable insights for sales & marketing strategies. - Identifying and appointing distributors, as well as training them. - Finding and developing new markets, improving sales, and contacting potential clients for meetings. - Developing new business opportunities with potential clients, keeping track of upcoming commercial projects, and generating leads. - Understanding customers" needs and providing them with appropriate solutions. Skills Required: - Market Feasibility analysis. - Strong negotiation skills and confidence. - Excellent communication and people skills. - Presentation skills and an independent mindset. - Ability to work under tight deadline pressure and communicate clearly. - Strong time management skills. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering. - Additional Post Graduation degree in Marketing & Sales/Business Management/Business Administration preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling business development for the South East Asia Market. - Preference for employees from technical and manufacturing backgrounds.
