Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in developing risk-based audit plans for various departments including sales, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Prioritizing audits in high-impact areas like fleet use, dispatch accuracy, and dealer credit will be a key responsibility. Your tasks will involve reviewing vendor contracts, freight billing, and transport efficiency. Evaluating aspects like vehicle routing, fuel use, maintenance, and 3PL vendor compliance will also be part of your financial and operational audits. Furthermore, tracking delivery delays, safety issues, and customer complaint resolution in logistics audits will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop risk-based audit plans for sales, warehousing, logistics, and distribution - Prioritize audits in high-impact areas such as fleet use, dispatch accuracy, and dealer credit - Review vendor contracts, freight billing, and transport efficiency - Evaluate vehicle routing, fuel use, maintenance, and 3PL vendor compliance in financial and operational audits - Track delivery delays, safety issues, and customer complaint resolution in logistics audits - Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill, and royalty regulations - Monitor fraud risks and support external audit processes - Present audit findings, follow up on corrective actions, and support ERP audits and process improvement initiatives - Lead field audits, train teams in logistics, finance, and risk areas, and promote transparency and operational excellence Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or audit in industrial sectors - Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Tally, transport documentation, and financial regulations - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Details: The job offers a competitive salary in line with industrial standards, and male candidates are preferred.
