Manager-Internal Audit

You will be joining a well-established consulting firm in Kochi, comprising a team of over 25 professionals with a rich 15-year history. Our firm specializes in offering Corporate Finance and Investment Banking services, Finance consulting, internal audits, CFO services, and accounting outsourcing services. As a dynamic Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, you will be a valuable addition to our Consulting and Internal Audit division. Your primary work location will be our Ernakulam office, with occasional visits to our client office in Kottayam. Your key responsibilities will include managing internal audit projects across various industry sectors. This will involve understanding the client's business, designing internal audit programs, collaborating with the client team to gather necessary information, conducting critical internal audits, and providing feedback for business enhancement. You will be responsible for evaluating the control environment, identifying weaknesses, and reporting them regularly. In addition to internal audits, you will also be involved in Finance & Accounting consulting tasks, such as developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clients, reviewing existing processes against SOPs, creating budgets and forward-looking business plans, and analyzing budget vs. actual variances.
