Job Description Here are the duties and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager: Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities. Manage inbound queries and cultivate strong client relationships. Ensure lead quality by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs. Facilitate seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teams for conversion. Maintain comprehensive account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts. Meet weekly/monthly targets set by the business. Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is essential. Demonstrated expertise in customer service and relationship building is highly valued. Familiarity with RPA, Machine Learning, and speech-to-text technologies is necessary. Relevant certifications in these technologies are considered advantageous. Job Requirements Necessary qualifications, skills, and attributes the Inside Sales Manager needs to excel in this role: Must possess a bachelor s degree or higher level of education. Minimum experience of three years in a similar role with a solid track record of outbound calling and email marketing. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Awareness of cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, and speech-to-text Any relevant certifications in these technologies would be an added advantage. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Flexible and willing to work the US Shift. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
