Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in Indirect Taxation at Cretum Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee indirect taxation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax savings.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of indirect taxation principles, including GST, VAT, and other related taxes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional certification or advanced degree in taxation or finance is preferred.
