Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager in Fundraising and Strategy, located in Noida. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying potential funding sources, preparing and presenting proposals, and managing donor relations. Additional duties include market research, data analysis, strategic planning, and coordinating with different departments to align fundraising efforts with the company’s goals.

• Experience in fundraising strategy development and implementation
• Skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Funding, Investments, and Loans skills
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting proposals and managing donor relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
• MBA in Finance
• Minimum 5 years of Experience
