The role is an integral part of the HR Technology & People Services Centre of Excellence (COE), where the incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s HR Transformation agenda. As a key contributor, the role holder will collaborate across functions to enhance digital HR capabilities, streamline processes, and deliver scalable, employee-centric solutions. This position demands a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to elevate the employee experience and operational efficiency within the HR ecosystem.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with country and SBU HR leadership to redesign or enhance existing HR processes and workflows on the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document comprehensive business requirements for HR technology and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops with internal teams and external partners to co-create optimal solutions aligned with industry best practices and benchmarks.
  • Conduct impact and cost-benefit analyses comparing “To-Be” processes with current “As-Is” workflows, and develop compelling business cases for leadership review.
  • Secure formal sign-off from project sponsors on finalized requirements and proposed process designs.

Project Management :

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ongoing and upcoming global HR technology and transformation projects in partnership with country HR teams.
  • Establish and manage a robust project governance framework to ensure alignment and accountability across cross-country teams.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and implementation partners to proactively resolve project issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between external consultants, internal stakeholders, and IT teams during platform implementations or upgrades.
  • Continuously evolve business requirements for HR technology, data, and reporting in response to business growth and platform advancements.
Work Experience :

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of post-MBA experience, preferably in HR Technology, HR Transformation, or related domains.
