Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

1. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
2. Utilizing various channels like online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
3. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
4. Representing the company at job fairs and recruiting events.

Screening and Interviewing:

1. Reviewing applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
2. Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding and Retention:

1. Assisting with the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits.
2. Facilitating the onboarding of new hires.

Building relationships with candidates and past employees.

Collaboration and Strategy:

1. Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
2. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
3. Analyzing hiring data and metrics to improve the recruitment process.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining candidate pools for select areas of high volume of recruitment.
2. Supporting the onboarding and integration of new employees.
3. Assisting with the creation and execution of strategic and reactive sourcing strategies.
4. Insure cost effective hiring.

Maintaining RAG ( Required Available Gap ) and insure manning as per organogram.
