Job Description

Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counselling, and coaching of staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties – including handling all travels, ticket and hotel booking etc.
Conducting performance and salary reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Ensuring workplace coherence, employee engagement and development.
Maintaining workplace privacy and confidentiality is key to the role.
Reliability, Availability and Timely execution of assigned tasks.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to organizational needs
Knowledge of relevant statutory compliances - ESI, PF; Leave policies etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
