Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, administrative tasks, and employee engagement. Your duties will involve assisting with job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will also address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate disputes. Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks will be part of your role. Additionally, you will assist with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting, as well as identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and support professional development. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies is crucial in this position. Administrative tasks will include maintaining accurate employee records, managing HRIS data, and handling other administrative responsibilities. You will also play a key role in promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee morale to enhance employee engagement. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work in person. The role offers health insurance as part of the benefits package.,
