Manager HR Business Partner - Technology Functions

As a Manager HR Business Partner at our renowned MNC client in the Technology Function, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Partner with hiring teams to manage end-to-end recruitment processes - Drive seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees - Ensure flawless execution of pre and post joining formalities - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases - Support performance reviews, promotions, and goal setting activities - Address employee queries and drive engagement initiatives - Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and UAN - Identify training needs and assist in the execution of the training calendar - Track training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement - Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews - Support performance feedback and improvement discussions within the team - Support in initiating and developing business-friendly HR processes, policies, and practices - Assist in drafting and revising location-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Ensure documentation readiness for HR audits - Provide accurate and timely HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making processes If you are looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your HR expertise to drive talent management, employee engagement, and compliance within a dynamic Tech business group, this opportunity is for you.,
