Manager HR Analytics

As a HR Analytics Manager at the leading Entertainment chain with Pan India presence, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing insights through crisp dashboards to support strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the HR Analytics function at the corporate level by collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics. - Managing all aspects of analytics, reporting, periodic dashboards, and insights. - Establishing and managing a central data repository for all HR processes and projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - An MBA with a rich pedigree of managing HR Analytics function at the corporate level. - Rich exposure to churning historical data for analyzing trends such as hiring cost, diversity ratio, impact of social media hiring, and compensation benchmarking. - Ability to effectively articulate data insights to stakeholders across functions. - Expertise in Advanced Excel and handling large volumes of data.
