As a Manager - HR & Admin at our Malleswaram, Bengaluru location, your responsibilities will include managing both Human Resources and Office Administration functions. In the Human Resources domain, you will be in charge of recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations, managing HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing training programs. Additionally, you will oversee Attendance Management and maintain HR policies. On the Office Administration front, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment, supervising administrative staff, coordinating travel and event planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your role will also involve maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing documentation efficiently. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and knowledge of labor laws and HR policies are essential. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines are also crucial for success. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and day shift. A performance bonus is included in the benefits package. The educational requirement for this role is a Master's degree.
