Job Title: HR Manager Location: Toshali Sands Resort, Puri,Odisha Department: Human Resources Reports To: General Manager About Us Toshali Sands Resort is a premier destination in the hospitality industry, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department and drive people-focused strategies that support our culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire HR department , ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and training. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with hospitality industry standards. Manage end-to-end recruitment : workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Handle employee relations : grievance redressal, conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity, and other legal obligations . Design and deliver training & development programs to build staff capabilities and improve service quality. Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and other HR-related MIS reports. Promote employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies. Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive a positive work culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience (hospitality industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
