Drive a positive work culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience (hospitality industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
