Manager, Healthcare Offshoring/BPO/IT Center

● Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage an initial team of five specialists. You will be responsible for hiring, performance management, training, and fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

● Operational Management: Oversee the centralization and streamlining of core functions, including back-office administration, accounting, finance, HR, IT, and revenue cycle management. You will be the single point of contact for all operational matters in Chennai.

● Process Standardization & Optimization: Design, implement, and enforce standardized policies and procedures to eliminate operational inefficiencies, ensure consistency, and enhance service delivery.

● Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and manage a robust framework of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure productivity for the entire organization in Africa.

● Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the Chennai team and our leadership in Southern Africa. You will ensure seamless communication, project handovers, and strategic alignment with the broader business goals.

● Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations meet stringent quality standards and comply with all relevant industry regulations and requirements, safeguarding the integrity of our services.

● Strategic Planning: Actively contribute to the strategic phased approach for the center's growth, including laying the foundation for future expansion into advanced analytics and clinical back-office functions.
