Role Overview: As a Manager at Praxis Global Alliance, you will take on significant responsibility in managing the analytical process, gaining expertise on client issues and industries, and proposing impactful solutions. You will lead projects from start to finish, taking full ownership of deliverables and assuming leadership roles within your team. Your team's successes will contribute to your own professional achievements. You will engage in complex client interactions, influencing senior-level decisions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project delivery, leading high-impact teams - Drive strategic and operational excellence in areas such as revenue acceleration, go-to-market strategies, manufacturing cost reduction, and supply chain optimization - Conduct due diligence projects related to the Next Gen Industrials sector, developing innovative approaches and solutions for client challenges - Conduct high-quality research and analysis to support project objectives - Deliver compelling client presentations and manage client relationships effectively - Customize project scopes and services based on client requirements - Recruit and build project delivery teams within the Healthcare & Lifesciences practice - Lead project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and exceptional outcomes - Collaborate with business partners and clients to drive mutual success - Coach and develop consulting teams, serving as a role model for future managers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of management consulting experience at a reputable firm - Minimum 3 years of consulting or advisory experience in healthcare or related fields - Direct experience within healthcare companies is a strong advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on commercial value drivers - Proven leadership experience in managing consulting teams - Excellent communication and client management abilities - Ability to create impactful project proposals and develop trusted client relationships - Comprehensive understanding of the management consulting toolkit Educational Requirements: - Graduate degree with a strong academic background, preferably in a related field - MBA from a top-tier institute such as Ivy League B-schools in the US, FABM IIM A, ABM from IIML, or PGP from IIMs (A, B, C, L or I), ISB, XLRI, FMS, or SP Jain - Consistent track record of academic excellence - Demonstrated leadership in academic and professional environments with a high level of motivation and energy,
