Role Overview: As a Manager at Praxis Global Alliance, you will have a significant responsibility to manage the entire analytical process, become an expert on the client's issues and industry, and recommend solutions that have a real impact. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end ownership of project delivery, leading high-impact teams - Drive leadership in strategy and operational excellence, including revenue acceleration, go-to-market strategies, manufacturing cost reduction, supply chain & sourcing strategies, and due diligence projects related to the Next Gen Industrials sector - Provide compelling approaches, frameworks, and solutions to client problems - Lead and deliver high-quality client presentations - Manage scope and delivery of projects, along with end-to-end client requirements management - Customize project scope and services based on client needs - Lead project delivery and manage delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction - Participate actively in recruitment and building project delivery teams in the Healthcare & Lifesciences practice Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of management consulting experience at a reputed consulting firm - Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services, with specific exposure to healthcare - Experience within healthcare companies in line functions will be a strong plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead a team of at least 3 consulting team members - Excellent communication and client management skills - Ability to create impactful proposals for projects with a tailored approach - Educational requirement: Graduate degree with strong academic performance, MBA from a top-tier institute preferred Additional Details: Praxis Global Alliance is a next-generation management consulting firm that partners with clients to solve critical business challenges through domain expertise, AI-led research, and digital solutions.
