Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Healthcare Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent leadership skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance healthcare services and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with healthcare operations.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including finance, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with global teams and collaborating across cultures.
