Manager GTM Strategy Sales must Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) MNC

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap & Market Analysis
• Define & track the PPE market size, growth, trends, & segmentation
• Identify key product categories & prioritize target segments/industries based on market opportunity.
• Product & Portfolio Strategy
• Define & implement Org PPE range required to address target user demands & dealer acceptance.
• Design product specs in line with brands design & quality standards & build partnership for engineering & mfg.
• Channel & Sales Enablement
• Onboard PPE channel partners across focus trade groups including direct engagement with large cos. & SMEs.
• Define & implement dealer policy, trade marketing and channel promotion mechanisms.
• Support development of channel training, onboarding modules, and retail sales support.
• Commercial plan & monitoring
• Build & deliver financial projections that align within brand’s cost structure & margin expectations
• Drive PPE execution charter & liason with leaders to solve impediments, keeping timelines sacrosant.

Required Background:

10+ years of domain experience in PPE industry (mandatory).

Strong exposure to both product development and channel strategy.

Familiar with Indian PPE regulations, customer/buyer behavior and user preference

Exposure to working with global or premium brands is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Strategic thinking and ability to build multi-year plans

High-level stakeholder management with cross-functional teams (sales, product, supply chain, leadership).

Data-driven approach & proficient with MS-tools

Deep understanding of PPE product design norms, technical specs, & compliance framework
