Manager-Governance & Operational Risk

Role Overview: As a Manager-Governance & Operational Risk, you will be responsible for managing operational risk and compliance for retail assets. Your role will involve closely collaborating with various teams such as product, business, Credit, Collections, Policy, and operations to ensure effective implementation of the Operational risk framework and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in building processes and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: - Assist all stakeholders in understanding RBI indents/ requirements. - Support stakeholders in quarterly performance of Risk control self-assessment and data submission for Key Risk Indicators (KRI). - Enhance the understanding of operational risk and compliance within the organization. - Manage operational risk events, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective actions. - Review SOPs/ Policies from an operational risk and compliance perspective. - Prepare Business Operational risk decks. - Track and close operational risk issues and events. - Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to address RBI requirements and ensure regulatory compliances. - Recommend process changes to mitigate operational risk effectively. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Possess 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
