Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the centralized administrative support teams, including audit, data entry, reception, general administrative, project, and other administrative teams. Your duties will range from general administrative assistance to providing support on client-related activities. You will actively participate in creating and executing administrative support operations and strategies to support innovation, continuous improvement, and future growth of the company. As a subject matter expert and key business partner, you will provide support to internal clients and key stakeholders on all administrative matters, aiming to create operational efficiencies in providing administrative support services across all areas of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Global Services team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery - Develop and execute strategies, programs, and processes for delivering a superior internal support experience - Drive strategic transformation by identifying operational inefficiencies and championing automation solutions - Ensure outstanding service delivery by building and maintaining effective internal client relationships - Promote the highest standards for staff performance and service delivery - Recruit, select, hire, and develop high-performing talent - Possess a solid understanding of the support services provided and ensure staff have the ability to complete tasks effectively - Participate in cross-organization projects as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required - Master's degree is preferred - Established track record of successfully driving transformation and process enhancement initiatives - 12+ years of experience in operations management, with proven expertise in leading large teams and supervising multiple leaders is required - 5+ years of relevant experience in a manager role is required Additional Details: N/A,
