Gaming Expert (Manager/Senior Manager)

🔑 What You’ll Do

Subject Matter Expertise & Policy

• Act as the SME on gaming environments, player behavior, UGC, and in-game communications.
• Interpret and enforce trust & safety standards across diverse gaming titles.
• Provide insights on policy evolution, edge cases, and gray areas.

Gaming Process Management

• Build expertise across moderation workflows (chat, images, videos, audio, in-game behavior).
• Drive proactive strategies to minimize toxicity, hate speech, and harassment.
• Establish performance frameworks with measurable metrics.
• Lead coaching, refresher sessions, and calibrations.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Be the primary SME liaison for client discussions and escalations.
• Partner with internal teams to design scalable solutions.
• Lead strategic conversations on volume trends, player risks, and long-term safety initiatives.

Innovation & Analytics

• Identify abuse trends and escalation hotspots through data insights.
• Recommend AI-driven moderation tools and automation initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends (eSports, VR/AR, evolving gaming cultures).

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Graduate with strong experience of 6 - 12 years in

  gaming moderation, trust & safety, or community operations.

• Deep understanding of gaming platforms, player behavior, UGC, and online gaming trends.
• Exposure to moderation tools, ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce), and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent client-facing and escalation-handling skills.
• Familiarity with global trust & safety frameworks and GenAI-led moderation.
• Experience in international BPO environments handling gaming processes.
