Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Franchise Expansion located in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of the franchise network, identifying potential franchisees, and managing relationships with existing franchise partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing growth strategies, presenting business opportunities, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, business development, and growth strategy formulation
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of franchise operations, compliance, and marketing strategies
• Experience in the education industry or similar field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
