Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Academics & Operations. The role is located in Ahmedabad. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing educational management, developing and implementing curriculum, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering communication among staff, students, and parents. The Manager will also be responsible for analyzing educational outcomes and improving academic performance of the franchise centers in Gujarat by visiting the Franchise Centers as per monthly planner.

As its a travel profile within Gujarat the candidates applying for this position should be preferably a female candidate with experience and knowledge of preschool industry and ready to travel.

• Analytical Skills for assessing educational outcomes
• Background in Education and related fields
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field
