Manager, FP&A

As a Manager, FP&A at Zscaler, your role is crucial in providing strategic financial insights and support across all aspects of the Americas and Channel GTM organization. Your responsibilities include: - Analyzing and presenting comprehensive financial data, including variance analysis and KPIs, to senior management - Supporting the Sales function with critical financial metrics such as sales efficiency, productivity, and pipeline - Building and evaluating detailed, scenario-based financial models for investment priorities and their business impact - Developing and optimizing operational and financial processes in collaboration with business systems for maximum efficiency and forecast accuracy - Leading QBRs and Annual Business Planning initiatives, while coaching and guiding analysts on their projects Qualifications required for this role include: - CA/Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or related field - 8+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on supporting sales, marketing, or preferably GTM functions in a SaaS or technology company - Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tools - Proficiency with salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari, and/or other comparable software systems Preferred qualifications that will make you stand out: - Experience of leading a team of 5+ analysts - Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process Zscaler is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team that values collaboration and belonging.
