Job Description

Number of Position : 1 – Male Candidate

Profile : Manager – Finance & Accounts

Department : Finance & Accounts

Location : -- Rohad (Bahadurgarh )

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, proactive, and experienced Accounts department who can independently complete the assigned tasks and Accounting Systems, e-invoicing, billing process, Documentation, record keeping as per the requirement. To provide a high-quality service to internal & External stake holders and contributes to the long-term development of Accounts &Finance Domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income tax & statutory financial reports.

2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

3. Knowledge about of GST return for prepare and filing.

4. Manage and lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their Performance.

5. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

6. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with auditing standards and legal requirements.

7. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, advising the organization on necessary adjustments.

8. Foster relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and clients to optimize financial processes and resolve issuesv effectively.

9. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.

10. Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

11. Implement technology solutions to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

12. Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Experience & Qualification:

1. Proven experience of more than 10 to 12 years (Experience from any manufacturing unit will be preferred).

2. Graduation is Mandatory (B.Com. / M. Com. / MBA / ICWA or Equivalent is preferred).

3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills.

6. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
