Job Description

We are looking for a highly ed and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Fixed Deposits in Bajaj Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee fixed deposit operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to increase fixed deposit sales and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
