Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and upkeep of the branch
Manage a team of 5 PSFs
Cross-sell/Upsell FD & other investment products
Acquisition target
Catchment area mapping
Data distributions to PSFs
Conduct localized marketing events
Required Qualifications and Experience
2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management
Previous exposure/knowledge of customer service is essential
Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business
Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures
Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment.
Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation of staff in an ever-changing environment
