Job Description

Role Overview: As a Treasury Finance Manager at LCH Ltd, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate books and records for the entity and ensuring best practices in financial control processes. Reporting to the deputy Financial Controller, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the LCH Treasury Finance team and ensure business as usual with a high degree of accuracy and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading the month-end close process, completing quarterly regulatory returns, evaluating risks in Treasury finance processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the LCH Treasury Finance team - Ensure business as usual with a high degree of accuracy and timely delivery - Lead the month-end close process and reconcile the P&L for the LCH Treasury desk - Complete quarterly regulatory returns within set timelines - Implement and maintain appropriate internal controls consistently - Take a leading role in internal and external financial audits - Evaluate risks in Treasury finance processes and drive process improvements for standardization and efficiency - Work closely with Group Finance on finance initiatives and projects impacting LCH Ltd - Collaborate with finance business partners and other stakeholders as needed - Handle other ad-hoc financial reporting processes as required Qualifications Required: - Relevant professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years PQE - Extensive experience in financial control - Ability to work efficiently and meet pre-defined deadlines - Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively - Track record of process improvement and problem-solving - Self-driven, self-motivated with a positive attitude and an accountability mindset Additional Details of the Company: LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a purpose of driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling sustainable growth.
