Job Description

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order to analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company.
Identify and discuss key deal issues with client deal teams, and management teams of target / subject companies.
Make judgements related to the deal adjustments and other deal issues in discussion with the Engagement Principals.
Draft and review tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, achievability of management's budget, operational insights, indebtedness considerations, and post-transaction working capital analysis.
Manage team members (Associates and Analysts) on engagements - reviewing their work and coaching them.
Establishing strong professional relationships with clients.
Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development

Basic Qualifications:

Qualifications: CA / MBA / PGDM in Finance or Accounting.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services firm
