Job Title: Manager Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating financial statements, liaising with auditors, and accounting for inter-company transactions & preparing the monthly MIS. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Consolidate financial statements for multiple entities.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for inter-company transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.
• Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant is essential.

- Around 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, Auditing, Consolidation, or related field

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
