System Administrator

Key Responsibilities -- - Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, including Windows and Linux.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Office 365 & Google Suite.

- Ensure system security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.

- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues for end-users.

- Oversee backup and disaster recovery planning for on-premises infrastructure.

- Support hardware, software, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

- Implement access controls and security policies in alignment with IT best practices.

- Operating System & Software patching

- Configuration & management of service desk tools like Manage Engine, Zendesk, Jira etc.

Required Skills --

- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.

- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Hands-on experience with system monitoring and patch management.

- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Batch scripting).
