Manager Finance

As an Assistant Manager Finance at TBO Travel Boutique Online, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the organization. Additionally, you will support audits, drive system and process improvements, and work towards enhancing internal controls. To excel in this role, you should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience or a non-CA with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in controllership and accounting is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IND AS and IFRS is essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools. Moreover, you must possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work under pressure. Your ability to identify areas for process automation and improvement will be crucial in driving operational efficiency within the finance function.
