Manager - Finance

Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Compliance.

• Strong background in month-end closing, finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statements.

• Hands-on experience with direct & indirect tax compliance (TDS, GST, VAT, Income Tax, etc.).

• Exposure to internal and statutory audits, coordination with auditors, consultants, bankers, and statutory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Month End closing and Monthly Financials after all provisions after analysis of variance with budget.

• Efficiently coordinating and management of the internal/statutory auditors for the audit related issues; Efficiently coordinating bankers, financial institute, consultants and statutory bodies for ensuring compliance.

• Reviewing Trial balance at the month end and identifying the gaps by scrutinizing the GL accounts for all the provisions made during the period.

• Monitor day to day Financial Operations within the company.

• Finalization of books of accounts. Preparation of Financial Statements.

• Handling various audits, internal & statutory audits of the company.

• Managing Tax & Statutory compliances such as proper deduction, payment and timely return filing of TDS, GST. Co-ordination with the team for appropriate generation and maintenance of data related to E-way bills, Guide the team related to various GST issues.

• Managing Scrutinize, assessments related to various taxes such as Income Tax, TDS, VAT, GST, ESIC, PT etc.

• Co-ordinate with company Secretary relating to ROC compliances and other requirements of the company.

• Monthly management & financial reports presented to management and interpret financial information for further course of action.
