Manager - Finance

Key Skills Required:

• Hands on experience in inventory, Product cost and Fixed Assets management
• Monthly MIS reporting and analysis.
• General ledgers including vendor & Customer account review and reconciliation.
• Timely verifying, accounting, and Reporting
• Expert on MS Office & ERP Accounting Software / SAP / any ERP.
• Periodic scrutiny of all ledges and reconciliations
• Good knowledge in Excel sheet

Other Details:

• Inventory management Reporting, control, and analysis of movement etc.
• Product Costing Cost run and product cost analysis
• Manufacturing cot analysis and comparison between plan vs actuals
• Fixed assets management capitalization and reporting
• Yearly budgeting and rolling quarterly forecast
• Accounting finalization monthly and yearly reporting as per HQ requirement
• Implementation and following of IFC in every area

• Responsible for the daily accounting of vendor invoices & Ensuring expenses bills are cleared as per the company policy/process/ practices.
• Ensuring various General Ledgers are reconciled without any aging item.
• Circulating Daily MIS on various key control activities
• Payroll Processing including remittance of statutory dues and updating the schedule.
• Supporting auditors with documents for audit

Reporting:

• This position reports into the Head - Finance - India Hydraulics.
