Skill set

Experience of Finalization of Accounts

Experience and knowledge of GST and Income Tax Act

Good understanding of Tally

Good understanding and experience of MS Excel, MS Word and Power point

Self-starter

Taking full responsibility of ones work

Financial Reporting & Closures Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting in line with Indian Accounting Standards and company policies.

Statutory Compliance & Audit Handle compliances under GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, and coordinate with statutory & internal auditors for timely completion of audits.

Financial Analysis & Decision Support Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and business performance insights to support strategic decision-making by management.

Payroll & Employee Benefits Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, statutory contributions, and reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage vendor payments, credit control, collections, and reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement & Controls – Strengthen internal financial controls, optimize processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, HR, and senior management to align finance with business goals.

Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years of experience

Experience in Manufacturing/Trading/CA Firms
