Manager- Export Marketing (PPE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export marketing strategies for PPE products (safety shoes, gloves, helmets, coveralls, etc.)
  
• Identify and onboard international distributors, agents, and buyers across key target markets
  
• Handle end-to-end export documentation, LC negotiation, pricing, and shipment coordination
  
• Ensure compliance with country-specific PPE certifications and international safety standards (CE, ASTM, ISO, etc.)
  
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  
• Attend global trade fairs and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads
  
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality
  
• Maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction levels
  
• Monitor export sales performance and prepare monthly reports for senior management
  
• Stay up-to-date with global trade policies, customs regulations, and market trends
