Manager- Experience Center- Store Management

Role Overview: You will be the Manager of the Experience Center in India for a Japanese Multinational company in the printing and imaging solution business. Your main focus will be on ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through product showcasing and detailed explanations. Managing the facility and creating a conducive environment for clients and employees will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high-quality client service through various channels and act as a product expert. - Provide detailed product explanations and demonstrations, addressing client inquiries effectively. - Implement client satisfaction measurement systems and maintain them. - Oversee the daily operations of the Experience Center and manage resources efficiently. - Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stay updated on industry best practices. - Manage the physical infrastructure of the center, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. - Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships. - Manage the layout and design of the center to optimize client and staff experience. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and accurate product representation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the Experience Center in meetings. Qualifications Required: - Masters in business administration, management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in managing a client experience center/showroom, preferably in a premium segment. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation abilities. - Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. - Well-groomed and proficient in etiquettes.,
