Job Description

The Manager-Experience Center position is located at a newly built Experience Center in Bangalore - Hebbal. As a part of a Japanese Multinational organization specializing in printing and imaging solutions, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center in India. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional client satisfaction through comprehensive product showcasing and detailed product explanations, fostering a conducive environment for both clients and employees. Your responsibilities will include: Client Experience Management & Product Expertise: - Deliver high-quality client service through various channels and act as a product expert. - Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations of products to address client inquiries and concerns. - Implement client satisfaction measurement systems to enhance service quality. Operational Management: - Manage daily operations, resources, and budget effectively. - Develop and deliver training programs for team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Facility Management: - Maintain the physical infrastructure of the center to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. - Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, and manage vendor relationships. - Optimize the layout and design of the center to enhance client and staff experience. Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and accurate product representation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the Center in meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Masters in business administration, management, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in managing a client experience center/showroom, preferably in a premium segment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent presentation abilities. - Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. As the Manager-Experience Center, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction and operational efficiency at the Experience Center. Your expertise in client experience management and product showcasing will contribute significantly to the organization's success.,
